Política de garantía – Ponto Amazónico

Nuestros asesores te informarán las consecuencias y/o posibles resultados acorde al estado actual de tu cabello, y darán la recomendación más adecuada según sea tu condición, sin embargo la decisión final de qué proceso es el que se aplicará está a cargo de nuestros clientes, razón por la que si a pesar de haber recibido una recomendación usted toma la determinación de aprobar la aplicación de los productos utilizados por nosotros, PONTO AMAZONICO queda eximido de todo tipo de responsabilidad y garantía.

Como se indicó con anterioridad la efectividad no implica necesariamente un liso extremo, eliminación total del frizz ni la restauración completa de la hebra, ya que las por las condiciones de cada cabello los resultados pueden variar, sin embargo, si por parte de nuestros asesores recibiste aprobación y promesa de efectividad, ésta garantía solo aplicará dentro de los primeros 15 días calendario después de haber realizado el procedimiento, ya que es el término para identificar si el cabello rechaza el producto que PONTO AMAZONICO utiliza. Después de este periodo, bajo ninguna razón o circunstancia se otorgará.

La garantía cubre el retoque gratuito del producto en las zonas del cabello en donde el porcentaje de efectividad prometido por nuestros asesores o por este consentimiento informado no se vio reflejado, en caso tal que después de realizado el tratamiento y no se dio un resultado en la totalidad del cabello se realizará de nuevo el tratamiento sin costo alguno, ellos después de valorar el resultado con el registro de foto e indicaciones que se registraron en el consentimiento informado.

Nuestra garantía aplica para daños ocasionados por un mal procedimiento desarrollado por alguno de nuestros asesores al cabello, cuando se ha resecado, garantía consiste en la aplicación de nuestros tratamientos de reconstrucción intensiva y del suministro de los productos de reparación.

1. No cubre gastos médicos ocasionados por reacciones alérgicas o adversas al producto, que en algunos pocos casos pueden presentarse incluso de manera ulterior a la aplicación.
2. No cubre retoque en ondas ocasionadas, ya que el alisado es progresivo y con el uso continuo se ven reflejados mejores resultados, tampoco cubre la garantía por ondas generadas por cortes de cabello en capas.
3. No cubre garantía después de la realización de otros tratamientos químicos como tinturas, decoloraciones, entre otros.
4. La garantía del retoque no cubre cuando se ha estado en el mar o en la piscina, puesto que es evidencia de un mal manejo.
5. No cubre cambios de color de las tinturas o cambios de otros procesos capilares diferentes al nuestro.
